Asimple design having 3 container systems providing an effective thermal insulation.In this the clear glass beads are used in the well .The temperature of the glass beads is at 240 C. The instruments are dipped in the glass beads for quick sterlization.

This is a special design having 3 container systems providing an effective thermal insulation.Thus, maintaining the outer cover cool while keeping an even temperature inside the well.The heat loss is very low thus leading to very low power consumption.

After switching on the device, in appoximately 20 min , the device will reach the proper temperature.The red light will be switched on to confirm that the temperature with in the well has reached the required level.The green light will be off and on indicating whether the heater is working or not to maintain the temperature of the glass beads in the well.
