Where on the stethoscope is the engraving done?

For Littmann Classic, Cardiology, Electronic series and all MDF stethoscopes, engraving is done on the chest piece. For Littmann Lightweight stethoscopes, it's done on the binurals. On request, we can engrave both chest piece and binurals for an extra Rs. 100.

How many characters can be engraved?

This depends on the available space on the chest piece: Classic III allows 25 characters (including spaces), Master Classic II allows 20, Classic II Pediatric allows 15, and Master Cardiology allows 20. For MDF stethoscopes: 25 characters for adult, 15 for pediatric, and 10 for infant models.

Is Cash on Delivery available for engraved orders?

No, engraving is only available for prepaid orders.

Are engraved stethoscopes returnable, and are they covered by warranty?

Engraved stethoscopes cannot be returned. However, they are still covered by the standard warranty — engraving does not affect warranty coverage.
