What is the approximate delivery time?

For in-stock products: 2-3 days for areas serviced by our courier partners (like FedEx), or 7-10 days via Indian Postal Service for other areas. For out-of-stock or imported products: around 3 weeks.

What are the shipping charges?

Shipping is free for orders above Rs. 1000 within India (except furniture and beds). Otherwise, a flat Rs. 100 shipping charge applies.

How do I track my order?

We'll email you a Tracking ID / Docket number once your order ships, which you can use to track delivery on the courier's website. For shipping details, contact us at support@colmed.in or +91-8591993733.

Do you deliver overseas?

Yes, if the partner brand has approved it, though customs and shipping charges are paid by the customer. For overseas delivery, you can pay via PayPal or bank transfer.

Can I collect my order directly from your office or warehouse?

Yes, from our Mumbai office at 201, Building No. 2, Sanjay Mittal Estate, Near Marol Metro Station, Andheri (E), Mumbai-400059, or from our Delhi warehouse. Call +91-8591993733 to check product availability and timings before visiting.

How do I know if a product is in stock, or order one that isn't?

Check the product page for its availability. If a product you want is out of stock, email the product name and quantity to support@colmed.in and we'll get back to you.

Which courier services do you use?

We usually ship via FedEx. Where FedEx doesn't deliver, we use DTDC, Professional Couriers, or Speed Post.
