Details
Magil Forceps offered functions as adjunct to airway management in cases where endotracheal intubation is noticed for clearing obstruction of airway in depth of oropharynx. These long forceps are angled forceps to guide tracheal tube into larynx as well as nasogastric tube into esophagus under direct vision. Further, these are also used for placing pharyngeal packs as well as in the removal of foreign bodies.
