Q. How to place the order online
A. Placing an order on colmed.in is extremely simple. Please follow following steps for order placement:
i) Locate your product- by searching or navigating through menu
ii) Click on Add to Cart
iv) Register if you have not already. Fill in login details if you are registered
v) Make the payments

Q. Is it compulsory to register before buying the product?
A. If product is regulated then you need to be registered as doctor or as hospital or as reseller with us, but if product is not regulated you can place an order as a guest.
Q. What are the advantages of registering for the hospital program?
A. We have special rates and special promotions for registering for hospital program, moreover if you want to purchase regulated products we would not be able to fulfil your order unless you have gone through registration process with us.
Q. How to Register for Hospital Savings Program?
A. Any Doctor/Clinic/Hospital/Pharmacy can register for the Hospital Savings Program. For this please fill up the registration form available below or with the login tab at the top of the page. While registering,Please also upload the doctor registration document (for Doctors/Clinic) or Hospital registration document (for Hospital) or Drug License and VAT document (for Pharmacy). You can also e-mail your soft copy of document to firstname.lastname@example.org
Once we have the documents we will validate your information to register you in Hospital Savings Program and only then we will be able to process your orders.

Q. How much time it takes to get registered in Hospital Savings Program?
A. If you have provided all the documents correctly then we would be able to register you within 2 working hours. In case documents are not provided correctly we would inform you of the same within two working hours.
Q. Can I place the order by calling the customer care service?
A. You can place the order by calling our helpline +91-8108013456. Our customer service representative ask for required details and would place an order on behalf. You can make the payments offline or we can send you a weblink to make payments by Credit Card/Debit Card.
Q. What is my password?
A. Your password can be any combination of alphabets, numericals and special characters. The password length has to be between 8 to 20 characters.
Q. What if I forgot my password?
A. Click on Forgot my Password and you will be sent a link to reset your password on your registered email id.
Q. How can I change my password?
A. Please login to your account and go to account information to change your password.
Q. How do I check the status of my order?
A. In order to check the status of the order, Log in and then go to My Account section. In case of any queries regarding the status of your order, kindly contact us (mail: email@example.com or phone: +91-8108013456) with your order number. Our team will revert you on it within maximum 24 working hours.
Q. How do I get discount coupons?
A. Time to time, our partner companies run promotions and if you are registered with us, then you would get the discount coupon details automatically from us via mail/message. In certain cases these discounts would automatically be applied to your order without any special coupons.
Q. How do I apply discount coupons?
A. If you have a discount coupon, you use them by going to the shopping cart and entering your discount coupon in the apply coupon field.
Q. Is there any simple way of repeat ordering.
A. Yes, you can go to your account page and reorder any of your previous orders very easily.
Q. What are your payment options?
A. We accept payment through all common methods like: Credit & Debit Cards, Banks Transfer etc. Due to COVID we are not able to take payment by Cash or Cheque but you can deposit them in our bank account

Q. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available in my area?
A. Due to COVID currently COD is not available. We hope to restart it soon.
Q. Can I pay Cheque on delivery?
A. Due to COVID Cheque on Delivery facility is currently not available. We hope to restart it soon.
However, you can deposit cheque in our account or pay by NEFT / IMPS /UPI etc
Q. Can I deposit cash in your account?
A. No. Yes, you can! Please do put the Order number in you payment receipt, or better yet pay by UPI /NEFT.
Q. Can I pay from any bank?
A. Yes. You can make the payment via NEFT/RTGS or by cash or cheque deposits at your bank.
Q. Where on the stethoscope will the engraving be done?
A. Engraving is done on chest piece for Littmann's Classic, Cardiology, Electronic series and all MDF stethoscopes. Engraving is done on binurals for Littmann's Lightweight stethoscopes. On special request engraving can be done on chestpiece and binurals both with Rs. 100 extra.
Q. How many characters can be engraved?
A. Number of Characters in generally limited by the area available on chest piece
Classic III: The number of characters that can be engraved is 25 Characters including space.
Master Classic II: 20 Characters including space.
Classic II Pediatric: 15 Characters
Master Cardiology: 20 Characters
For all MDF: The number of characters that can be engraved is 25 characters including space for adult; 15 for pediatric and 10 for infant. .
Q. Is Cash on Delivery option available for engraving ?
A. No. Engraving service is available for only for prepaid orders.
Q. Are engraved stethoscopes returnable?
Q. What if the stethoscope is damaged?
A.Engraved stethoscopes are covered with standard warranty.
Q. Will engraving impact warranty of the stethoscope?
A. No it would not. Warranty will be applicable on engraved stethoscopes also.
Q. What is the approximate delivery time?
A. For products which are in stock:
It would take 2-3 days to areas serviced (FedEx direct service list) by reputed courier services. For other areas, products would be sent via Indian Postal Service and delivery would take 7-10 days depending on the location.
For products which are out of stock:
There are a few products which are out of stock. They have been ordered from the company. Some products are imported from outside India. These would take around 3 weeks to reach you.
Q. What are the shipping charges?
A. Shipping is free for products above Rs.2000/- in India. Except furniture and Beds
Otherwise Rs.150/- would be applicable for delivering in India. Our Shipping cost has gone up due to extra charges levied by transporters, and special precautions we take at the warehouse for employees and parcel to minimize COVID risk. It will be reduce as soon as things return to normal.
Q. How do I track the status and delivery of my order?
A. All products are delivered through reputed courier services or Indian Postal Services. You will be provided you with a Tracking ID/ Docket number via email for your order by which you can track your delivery on the respective websites of the courier services. Q. Does Collateral Medical deliver overseas?
A. Yes, if Partner Company has approved it. We do deliver overseas but customs and shipping charges will have to be paid by the customer.
Q. How do I pay if I want delivery overseas?
A. You can pay by Paypal or by bank transfer.
Q. Can I collect the product directly from your offices / warehouse?
A. Yes you can collect the product from the Mumbai office. Call on +91-8108013456 to check for product availability at our office and timings.

Q. How do I check the status of my order?
A. In order to check the status of the order, Log in and then go to My Account.
Q. How do I know if the product is in stock?
A. Click on the product page to check the product's availability.
Q. What if I want to order the product which is not in stock?
A. Please email the product you wish to purchase and quantity on
email@example.com. We will reply at earliest.
Q. Which courier facilities are available?
A. We usually send via FedEx. In case FedEx does not deliver in your area then we send via DTDC or Professional couriers or Speed Post.
After Sales Service
Q. What if my product stops functioning/needs servicing?
A. We will replace the product or service it if product is in warranty period. If product is out of warranty period then we would still provide you servicing but it would be chargeable
Q. What if I want servicing after the warranty period?
A. We provide servicing but it would be chargeable.
Q. Will the product be serviced if it is not purchased from Collateral Medical?
A. Yes. We will service it. Charges will be applicable accordingly.
Q. Who will bear the shipping charges for the products which require servicing?
A. During warranty period we will bear the shipping charges for to and fro. In case of out of warranty products shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
Q. Does Collateral Medical sell spares?
A. Yes. We do sell spares. If it is not available on website then we can try and arrange for it. Please email your requirements to firstname.lastname@example.org .
Q. What is the warranty on my product?
A.The warranty will be mentioned on the product page in the additional information tab.
Q. How much time will it take to service the product?
A. The time required for servicing depends on the servicing needed. It will be notified after we receive the product.
Cancellations / Returns
Q. Can I cancel my order?
A. You can cancel your order by filling up details on http://www.colmed.in/refund link.
You can cancel your order by sending a mail to email@example.com. You can also contact us at +91-8108013456.
If you cancel your order before your product has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount.
You will immediately get an email regarding the cancellation. Your money would be refunded within 5-7 working days.
If the product is already been shipped, we will deduct the shipping charges and refund the remaining amount.
Q. How and when will I receive the refund?
A. If the payment is done via Credit card / Debit card / Net Banking then the money will be transferred back to your account. If your payment has been done via any other mode then we will need your bank details.The refund will be processed in 5-7 days after providing your bank details. Q. Where do I send the product for return?
A. The product should be sent to our warehouse. Please call our helpline +91-8108013456 for details.
Q. Can I return the product if I don't like it?
A. Yes .You can return the product along with the original box and packing with all its contents within 7 days from date of delivery. However personalized (e.g. engraving or built to customized order) products cannot be returned.
Q. Can I see demo of the product?
A. Demo is available only at Mumbai. In certain cases we might be able to arrange for product demo outside Mumbai. We can also send a video of the desired product for you to know more about the product. Contact us (mail: firstname.lastname@example.org or phone: +91-8108013456) for details.
Q. What should I do to write review for a product?
A. In order to write a review or rate a product, Click on the product and then Click on Add your review / Be the first to review this product.
Q. Are there any rewards for rating / reviewing the product?
A. Yes. Discount coupons are given for writing a positive review
Q. What should I do if I want to gift a product to someone?
A. Place the order online. Notify us (via email on email@example.com or call on +91-8108013456) regarding where the invoice should be sent.
Q.Does Collateral Medical provide Gift Wrapping Service?
A. Yes Collateral provides Gift Wrapping Service.
Rs.100/- would be charged for gift wrapping a product.
