Double walled, outer body made of
Mild Steel and inside made of stainless steel The gap between the walls is filled up with special grade glass wool for proper insulation to avaoid heat
loss & thereby saving energy. Temperature 5°C above ambient to 250°C, with accuracy ±2°C. Temperature is controlled by thermostat. Heating element of lab model has only one at the bottom side and is made of special grade chrome plated Nicrome wire (ISI approved) "LABLINE".

These lab ovens also feature gaps present between two walled that are filled with ceramic insulation so as to ensure there are no heat losses.
